To put together the right package for you we carry out a full analysis of your individual requirements and decide how we can best deliver them to you.
Included in your proposal is a suggested schedule of planned visits including the details of tasks that are typically carried out and how the quality of work is ensured.
Risk Assessments are completed, Personal Protective Equipment is provided as appropriate and Method Statements are created for all tasks.
Key Holding
Exterius provide a professional key holding service for commercial and residential premises in the Midlands area.
Exterius can become your key holder receiving the activation call at our 24 Hour Operations Centre and deploying a member of our Mobile Response Team to assess your premises.
Upon contracting Exterius as your key holder, all keys and codes will be signed for and sealed in a unique Security Key Wallet. In the event of an alarm activation our security officers will attend your premises in a high visible Response Unit.
