Yes. All Exterius operatives working in education settings are fully DBS-checked and trained in safeguarding awareness. They also wear uniformed ID badges to ensure full site visibility and compliance with safeguarding procedures.
Do you work during school hours or term time?
Yes. We’re experienced in working safely during term time, including around students and staff. We can also schedule early morning, evening, or weekend work to minimise disruption where needed.
Do you offer one-off cleaning or maintenance jobs for schools?
Yes. While many clients choose ongoing service plans, we also offer one-off jobs such as chewing gum removal, jet washing, or seasonal grounds tidy-ups.
What types of outdoor school maintenance do you offer?
We provide a full range of grounds maintenance services, including grass cutting, hedge trimming, weed control, leaf clearance, seasonal planting, and border maintenance. We do not currently offer snow clearance or gritting.
Can you clean high windows and glass panels in school buildings?
Yes. Our ladder-free reach-and-wash systems use 75°C purified water to clean windows up to 65ft high, ideal for classrooms, halls, atriums, and glazed stairwells.
